salmon, sardines, beef which are grassed fed, soybeans, halibut, scallops,
shrimps and tofu are on my list of high omega 3 foods. So upon reading this
blog you better take a good note of the foods that I’ve mentioned and you
better start eating those foods because they are really high omega 3 foods.

cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and joint pain, then it’s a sign for you to
eat more foods that are rich in omega 3. So it is very helpful for you to
follow the list that I’ve given about so that you will feel better. It is very
important to keep our body healthy because if we are not healthy, we will not
be able to do the things that we are supposed to do in a day to day basis.
Eating foods that are high on omega 3 would keep your blood from clotting and
it will help in the proper circulation of your bloodstream. It is extremely
important to eat foods high on omega 3 and for me if you want to live a healthy
lifestyle, then you would take note of the foods that I’ve listed above.
Prevention is indeed better than cure and if we want to keep ourselves healthy,
we would eat the right foods and not abuse our body on eating unhealthy foods.
In the end we will suffer if we will not keep our body healthy.
