I have been following his career for quite some time now and I could say that during 2005 was his best career because he was able to reach the quarterfinals of the French Open. But during the year 2006 was his downfall because he got injured during that year and was not able to play almost the entire year. The good thing for Victor Hanescu is that he was able to bounce back a year after that and that’s the year 2007.

I considered it as a comeback year for him because he showed his fans, especially the people of Romania that he is ready and back on track. During that year, his ranking really increased unlike from before and it seemed that he was very unstoppable during that year. Victory Hanescu also experienced some controversies in the past and I could still remember that during the 2010 Wimbledon championships, he was booed and taunted by some spectators during his third round loss to a German tennis player by the name of Daniel Brands. Benjamin Becker was very disappointed because he was defeated by his rival Novak Djokovic during the first round of the US open. I know that Benjamin Becker trained so hard in order to pull out a victory during this year’s US open but his opponent, Novak Djokovic showed him why he is ranked as the number seed of the tournament. Despite of experiencing the loss, Benjamin Becker is still willing to bounce back from that victory. Their match was televised live in various sports network and thanks to those sports network, a lot of people witness the game between Benjamin Becker and Novak Djokovic. I am a fan of Benjamin Becker since then and all I could say that even though he was defeated during the first round of the US open, I think he will take that defeat as a learning experience.

 It is almost the closing part of the 2013 season and for sure, Benjamin Becker will be more focus especially for the upcoming tournaments next year. I think he didn’t have a good 2013 season but I know that there are still a lot of upcoming tournaments for him. Tara Vanderveer is a very famous head coach and has a 35 years of experience. Because of her greatness, she has won a lot of championships in her career as a head coach. Tara Vanderveer is really one of the best coaches in women’s basketball and I could consider her as the Phil Jackson of women’s basketball because of her greatness. But even though she is a great coach, it seemed that she forgot her love life because she has not been married and all her life, she only focused in coaching the game of basketball. Yes it is very true that Tara Vanderveer loved coaching the game of basketball and she won a lot of championships under her belt too.

I could really say that she is one of the best coaches the women’s basketball has ever seen. She is very intelligent especially when it comes to analyzing set plays in clutch situations. Plus Tara Vanderveer is a very composed coach, meaning she always keeps her cool and composure in a game and she is never rattled during a tough situation. I could say that I am a fan of Tara Vanderveer simply because she brought many championships in her career and that’s very rare for a woman to lead a women’s basketball team towards many championship. I hope that the career of Tara Vanderveer will continue to be great and I hope that someday she will be married.

 I know that she is quite old now but I think it is not too late for her to be married. I think there is still time for her to be married and I am really hoping that one day it will come. All I can say about her is that she is a great coach and a lot of her past players love her so much. She has inspired a lot of players and taught them well too. Tara Vanderveer will always be remembered as one of the best women’s basketball coaches in the history although it is just my opinion but I strongly believe that she is one of the best coaches who ever coached a women’s basketball team for a very long time. Mikaela Shiffrin is one of my favorite ski racer of all time. I love ski racing and it just happened that Mikaela Shiffrin is my favorite racer and her winning results also supports that she is really a great ski racer. She won 10 podiums already in her career and I believe that she will be winning more in the future. I have tried Ski racing and it is not really easy but every time that I could see Mikaela Shiffrin in a race, she does it in a grace and it looks so easy for her. She is also very fast that’s why she managed to win 10 podiums in her career.

 She is very young and if you don’t know, she is just 18 years old and she made her first ever world cup debut at the age of 15. So right now, she is still having a 3 year career yet she already won 10 podiums. Meaning she is a very talented ski racer and for sure she will be winning more championships because she is still young and I do believe that she has a very bright future. Based on her bio, the latest achievement of Mikaela Shiffrin is that she won a gold medal in the 2013 world championships. For sure a lot of people will be keeping an eye of her during the 2014 season. Right now, everyone appreciates her skill even at a very young age. I really can’t believe at first when I knew that her age is just 18 based from her bio. I thought that she is already 20+ years of age because she is so good. I bet that 3 to 5 years from now, she will dominate this sport because right now, she is starting to dominate it even at a very young age.

By the way the final score of that game was 164-74 and it was clearly a blow out game but the impressive part about that news is that Jeron Teng scored 104 points. He is really a scoring machine and up to this very moment, he continues his scoring barrage in his career in the collegiate division.

Jeron Teng is already a UAAP champion and he is a step closer to his dream and for sure after graduating in college, he will be an awesome force in the pros. Jeron Teng is a good basketball player just like his brother Jeric Teng. But this kid still has a huge room for improvement especially in his game. Aside from being a scoring machine and making a record of having 104 points in a single game, Jeron Teng should also be a matured defender. I know that it is very impressive to score a huge number of points in a game like what he did during his high school days scoring 104 points, but we should all remember that offense win games but defense win championships.

 If there is an area that Jeron Teng needs to improve in his game right now, I could say that his defensive skill should be the one that he needs to polish. Going in to the pro, I know that he should be a complete player and we all know that he is already deadly in the scoring department but to become and outstanding player, he should be capable in dominating both in the offensive and defensive end of the floor. That is one factor that I could see in the game for Jeron Teng that he needs to improve and I simply believe in this kid and I know that he will be having a bright future when the time comes that he will turn pro just like his brother right now. If we will talk about the personal life of Jhong Hilario and not his career, I also idolize him because he value his family so much. Yes he has a motto of being family first and he is doing all sacrifices from work because of his family. Jhong Hilario loves his family so much because for him, without his family he is nothing. As a fan of Jhong Hilario, I am also very thankful to his family because they were able to raise a man who is very great not only in his career but being a person. I think with a better mentor and guidance, this kid will become a superstar in the Philippines and hopefully he will be the first Filipino ever to play in the NBA.

His height is only about 6ft 4 inches but this kid really has some leaping ability. I know that he is not overrated because this kid really got some skills but what I’m hoping is that for this kid to still grow especially when we talk about his height. I could imagine that a young age of 15, Kobe Paras could still grow to a height of 6ft 6 inches or I maybe 6ft 8inches. His current height today is 6-4 and I know he is still young so he could still grow. Aside from growing in height, I believe that Kobe Paras could still grow as a basketball player and I am hoping that someday, he could tie the record that his father set in the PBA and that’s being the only rookie-MVP in the entire league. I know that will be a difficult task but I would just like everyone to look up to this blog in the future because I am really predicting that Kobe Paras will be a force in the Philippines Basketball.

The latest news development of Kobe Paras is that he will not play collegiate basketball in the Philippines but he will be playing outside the country. When he was still in high school, he was rumored to be the next superstar of the UAAP, a collegiate basketball league in the Philippines but the plans have change because he will be playing college ball in the United States. In my own opinion, playing outside the country would also be a good exposure for him. Playing international tournaments will surely be a big help for him in the development of his game. I am sure that his father also supported this decision and probably chooses this decision for his son to play outside the country. This will surely be a huge impact in the basketball career of Kobe Paras. In my own opinion, with his raw talent, he could become a superstar in the Philippines but then again he is still young and he needs to polish his game and training outside the country could be a perfect place for him. I just can’t wait to see him in the country and play professional basketball. The hopes and dreams of the first Filipino to play in the NBA is still up for grabs and Kobe Paras is taking it on consideration that’s why he also decided to play outside the country in order to gain international exposure and hopefully make it in the NBA. But it is just too early for us to talk about things like the NBA or in a professional level because he is still very young and he is just taking it one step at a time. Kobe Paras works so hard because he really wants to become a great basketball just like his father. We all know that his father holds the only record in the country for being the rookie of the year and at the same time the Most Valuable Player in the same player. Nobody has done that record in the history of Philippine basketball but his father alone that’s why he considers his father a huge inspiration in playing the game of basketball. Kobe Paras really wants to improve his game and playing outside the country might be the solution to it.

Kobe Paras was introduced to the game of basketball at a very young age and of course his father, the former PBA superstar introduced the game to him. His father also played a great role in his basketball career because he is his number one coach and number one supporter. The ideal lessons that he learned in playing basketball mostly came from his father Benjie Paras. Kobe Paras is indeed blessed to have a raw talent in playing basketball plus he got his height from his father as well. In my own opinion, I could really say that Kobe Paras will become a superstar in the country when he will reach a professional level. I certainly believe that he will be able to improve more of his game and play at a high level and put his team in a position to win each and every game. Kobe Paras shows an amazing talent and also he has the upmost hard work and dedication to the game of basketball. He truly loves the sport just like his father did in the past and he works so hard to get better each and everyday. He is still young and for sure he will be able to reach the peak of his career in no time. All he needs to do right now is to train so hard so that he will be able to prepare himself for the future.

Career

Kobe Paras will turn college next year and it is a huge step for his career as well. He is playing sensational basketball in his high school days and I truly believe that he could also be this sensational playing college basketball but the only difference is that he will be playing outside the country and not in the Philippines. It will be a huge challenge for him to face opponents that are bigger and also athletic ones. It will surely help him develop a skill and mindset so that when he returns to the country, he will be a big time basketball superstar. I am a huge fan of Kobe Paras not only because he is the son of Benjie Paras who had an amazing career run in the PBA but I truly believe in the skill and in the talent that this kid posses. Without any doubt he will truly become a great basketball player in the future. His height is great and also his athletic ability is sensational. At the time being, he is working so hard so that he will be able to improve his game especially his shooting and of course the most important thing is his defense. That’s one area that he needs to improve in his game so that he will become a complete package when he will be playing at a professional level. As a fan of Kobe Paras, I simply hope and wish him to have an amazing career run and I am looking forward to see him play college and professional basketball. He is in the right track right now and I can’t wait to see him improve his game. I believe he will be unstoppable in the future if he will only work so hard and train on his game.

We all know that Ryan Sweeting is really a good kid but in the past, he was suspended because he was charged with DUI, yes with drug possessions.  We all have our dark secrets and in the past, when Ryan Sweeting was suspended, he learned a lot of things and it made him a better man. It all happened in 2006 and since that day, Ryan Sweeting was striving so hard to change himself so that he could have a great career in tennis. A lot of people believed in him even though he was suspended during that time.

Actually he got inspired from his fans because they never left him even though he was experiencing a toughest situation in his life back then because he was suspended. That darkest moment of his career turned out to be a turning point and right now he is doing quite pretty well because the suspension that happened years ago was a wakeup call for him in order to do good things and also to focus more in his career. Right now, I am a big fan of Ryan Sweeting and as a fan of him, I am hoping that he will be able to win a championship someday. I believe in his skill set and I know that he has the potential to win a championship in the singles division but when it comes to doubles, I think he should think and choose a better partner because in my opinion, he is not having a good partner right now in 2013 that’s why he is not doing quite well in his career in the doubles category.

But in the singles category, I have high hopes for Ryan Sweeting because based in his skill set, he has the potential to become world champion. If you are a fan of him, just believe in him and I know that someday he will achieve his dream and of course we fans could be very happy when that time comes. One of my favorite players in the world of tennis right now in 2013 is Ryan Sweeting. Simply because he is a great tennis player although he has some troubles to make his way to the top of the rankings. Even if he has some trouble right now, I still believe in him and I know that someday he will be able to win a championship of his own. I can see that he is a very hard worker especially when we talk about improving his skills in the court.

 Every off season, he trains so hard and right now I am just hoping that all the efforts that he worked so hard would be seen. I believe that someday he will become a world champion, yes I am a bit confident about it because I can see him train so hard. Ryan Sweeting is making his way all the way to the top of the rankings right now in 2013. I consider him as one of the most promising tennis players in the world today. But his closest ranking was in 2011 wherein he ranked 72 in the singles and managed to finish 853 in the doubles rankings. Right now, Ryan Sweeting is working so hard in order to improve his game and that’s one thing I like about an athlete. The main reason also why I like Ryan Sweeting as an athlete is because of his hard work and dedication to the sport.

He is working so hard in order to improve his playing style year after year and he really values his ranking so much. Right now he is having a bit of a trouble in the singles ranking and also in the doubles. But I know that he will be able to pull it off if not this year, I think by next year because I could really see all of his efforts.
