People will always find time to buy and eat foods because it is one of our basic needs. But upon eating these foods we should also be careful because there are some foods that might cause us allergies that may harm our health. Of course our health matters, it is very important to be healthy and avoid getting sick. Nobody wants to be sick that’s why it is very important to be careful in choosing the foods that we eat.

Recently in the weeks of this past few months in 2013, a ConAgra recall has been made after a chocolate chip cookie dough was found out to have a peanut butter and because of this incident, it led to a allergy scare. But people should not panic because of this allergy scare because the company is doing everything they can in order to resolve this case. I also appreciate the company for giving value to its consumers and help pursue this ConAgra recall. A food recall is always very essential for consumers and I am happy to know that the Food and Drug Administration of the United States of America is joining forces with ConAgra now in 2013 in order to help spread awareness of the peanut butter in place of chocolate chip recall. There have been report of peanut butter allergies and many people are scared because the chocolate dough contained peanut butter.

The good thing about the ConAgra recall this 2013 that there were no reported illness and damage made so far but it is just right to perform a food recall just to be safe and in order to correct the mistake. The consumers are also helping each other because of this ConAgra recall and are putting signs on super markets and retail stores so that other customers will know that there is a ConAgra recall that is going on.
